Roll the top tightly and store somewhere cool and dark. Best within 30 days of opening; the freezer extends that to ~60.
Yes — use the cold-brew concentrate diluted 1:1 with hot water. Drip-style brewing won't shine because the grind is set for steeping.
Cold-brew concentrate has roughly 200 mg per 200 ml bottle (un-diluted). After 1:1 dilution that's about a strong drip-coffee equivalent.
