How to start a return.
1. WhatsApp Mo with your order number. 2. We send a return label by SMS. 3. Pack the items + drop them at any Bosta point or schedule a pickup. 4. We refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.
Damaged on arrival?
WhatsApp Mo within 24 hours with a photo. We re-ship a replacement or refund — your choice — usually same day, no return needed.
