Step 01Tonight: combine
Add the coffee and water to your jar or bottle. Stir once to fully wet the grounds. Seal the lid.
The original. 25 g coffee, 200 ml cold water, 12 hours in the fridge. Pour over ice. That's it.
If you want to taste what our coffee actually does, brew it black. No milk, no sugar, no flavor add-ons — just the cold extraction of our medium-dark roast. You'll get chocolate up front, brown sugar through the middle, and a clean, low-acidity finish. This is the recipe we drink every weekday morning.
How to make it
Step 01Add the coffee and water to your jar or bottle. Stir once to fully wet the grounds. Seal the lid.
Step 02Put it in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours. Don't shake. Don't peek. The slow cold extraction is doing the work.
Step 03Strain through a paper filter or fine mesh into a glass with ice. Drink as-is for full intensity, or dilute 1:1 with cold water for a longer pour.
Pro tips
Make 4 portions at once in a large mason jar. Strained cold brew keeps 7 days in the fridge.
Steeped less than 12 hours = thin. Steeped more than 18 hours = muddy. The window is the secret.

And now, drink.
